As that they think
Just because they may
Be in power and
Over in the being of
A boss there that
They can do whatever
In however they see fit
But really the power goes
Through to their head sadly and
How and why that they think that
Entitlements and rights there
Over at the expense of those
Just minding their own business
And wanting to work hard
Provide for themselves and
Loved ones on it as well!

Why they do that
Really is beyond anybody's guess
But it leads over to that
For in the hostile, toxic workplace
Of an environment there
It leads to a huge bad
Morale and in the
Knowing that you may
There feel like indeed
Quitting or giving up and
Really throwing in the towel
But you have no choice but to
Grin and bear it there.

But that is how
We need to realize that
When we feel when something
Is gone wrong and how
That we can't do anything
About it due to their position and
Over in their authority of
Power how that they need to
Very much be humbled and
Just remember where they had
Come from there!

If you are woke
Then you must take charge
Others have no rights
But to bow to your demands
Before you arose
Truth was unknown
But now your light
Will guide them alone.
