There is no mistaking Jesus's claim he is the messiah and Christ in the quotes below.
John 4:25 The woman said, "I know that Messiah" (called Christ) "is coming. When he comes, he will explain everything to us."
John 4:26 Then Jesus declared, "I who speak to you am he."
Now that is not the same as John 10:30 "I and the Father are one."
Which is claiming he is God.
If Jesus is the Christ and he is also god and he is also the son of god. There is the trinity itself. Adding the Holy Spirit would make it four. Should the trinity doctrine be revised to reflect what Jesus claimed he was.
