Ukraine did not elect to have Victor Yanuckovich removed from power. What makes it worse is that the majority of its citizens did not favor removal as it was done. It was also done with the planning and aid of foreign governments.
That is a hostile act to Russia and Russia has the right to remove or alleviate that threat.

Yea. It was turkeys first and then Russia's next. Nikita Krushchev had no right to hand it over to Ukraine.
Russia certainly had a rightful claim to it.
Not according to international law or treaty. Russia wants a chunk of Ukrainian territory? Let them negotiate for it diplomatically. Taking land by force is illegal.
And Ukraine is an older country that Russia, if you want to go there. Not that that changes anything.

Ukraine overthrew Yanukovych, when he started killing his own people. He brought it upon himself.
To Russia? How is it hostile to Russia? If, as you say, he was the legitimate President of Ukraine, it could only have been hostile to Ukraine. Right? Russia isn't entitled to maintain a client in Ukraine's presidency.
