This guy is a doofus installed in a position way over is head. He is speaking just after the 2020 election loss. His is pumping up the importance of SPACE FORCE and Pence's role in it. He is buttering up Pence. They both are on their way out. They will neither of them hold positions of power again and he is milking it.
