If someone on the street asked you what the gospel is, what do you say?

If those verses alone possessed a (mystical) power to save, then supposedly the rest of the bible is superfluous and unnecessary, and can be tossed aside and left unread . . . heh?

If God sends most people to hell without a chance of believing, then the Bible can be tossed aside by most, and left unread. heh?

The gospel of Christ/the preaching of the cross (1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV) is the power of God, but it's foolishness to those like you (Romans 1:16 KJV, 1 Corinthians 1:18 KJV), who believe not and are blinded (2 Corinthians 4:3-4 KJV).
