I am from Ontario but moved out east a number of years ago.
We are having a heat wave right now....very unCanadian, especially on Canada Day!

:denver: I never complain about the winter, so I feel I can whine a bit about the heat and it is legit. =)

No....not that far....New Brunswick. I love being a Maritimer.
Living here is wonderful. My *Upper Canadian* days are over, I have been absorbed into the collective here.

I have never been to Newfoundland yet, either. They call it *The Rock* and they say it is beautiful, more so than photos can show. That is on my travel list.

If coming east, you should also try to do the Cabot's Trail. It is breathtaking. Displays the majesty of God and is not to be missed if you are in the vicinity.
