Yeah I didn't think so either. Strange behavior though.

I testified once as an expert witness when I worked in a forensic toxicology lab. I was prepped beforehand by the prosecutor who called me as a witness - he was calm and gentle and friendly with me on the stand. I never got cross examined by the defense. And still I found it a jarring circumstance to sit in that box next to the judge facing the empty courtroom and testify

Haven't watched all this yet, so far it's all stuff I've seen before. It's in the news today because it's the first time that it's been shown to the jury.

My son is a part time sheriff deputy. He doesn’t do it for the money he is a senior maintenance manager at a major chemical plant. Keeps me praying.
