Of course it is. All those sorts of outlets that other papers use for their articles get their orders ultimately from the New York Times, of at least they use to. In the old days, the reason that the Big 3 network news shows always showed the exact same stuff is because their was al ultimate source for all them news, the New York Times. Networks like CNN started gathering their own news at first because they had to fill 24 hours of broadcast time with something, but they eventually turned into pure propaganda and fake news too.
