The best information we have is that Hanks is Greek Orthodox. That is, the best information we have is that Hanks is at least a professing Christian. A silly liberal one to be sure, but a Christian none the less. He certainly was raised a Christian and identifies as a Christian.
Further, the picture you've posted of Hanks is one in which he is in character. You've posted a picture of Forest Gump!
Having said that, it is totally unlikely for someone to intentionally make that specific gesture with one hand up with two fingers extended and one hand down with two fingers extended, without it being associated with Baphomet and "As Above, So Below." The image of Baphomet, with that exact hand positioning, has been widely recognized in occult, Masonic, and esoteric traditions for over a century.
If someone in public life makes that gesture, they're definitely referencing the occult, in which case whoever directed or staged the scene certainly inserted it deliberately. Even if someone were just making random hand gestures, that particular one is too specific to be coincidental, especially considering its deep-rooted connection to the occult. So, Forest Gump definitely made that sign intentionally and so someone behind the scenes knew what they were doing. Whether Hanks was merely following direction or not is another question.
The point here being, if we want to make a point about Hollywood at large, let's not swing such a large club that everyone employed in the city gets whacked, no matter who they are or what they believe.

I never noticed what he did until it was pointed out. Jenny flashed the "I hate America" peace symbol. He responded with 2 fingers up. And as the camera pans out, he lowers his other hand with his fingers out. There is a compilation video of Hollywood celebs doing it.

I don't doubt that there is a large contingent of very influential evil people in Holywood. That much is super clear. Maybe Hanks is one of them, I don't know. Something a character he was playing did, isn't enough for me to convict the guy on, that's all.

In a conversation about regulating the AI industry (to death), the unnamed official told AI venture capitalist Marc Andreessen, “During the Cold War, we classified entire areas of physics and mathematics.”
What? Why? The official explained. “It took these areas out of the research community, and entire branches of physics basically went dark and didn’t proceed. If we decide we need to,” he warned Andreessen, “we’re going to do the same thing to the science underneath AI.”
In other words, the United States government — for national security — classified not just particular projects, but entire fields of scientific thought and academic study deemed too potentially dangerous to pursue. It halted science and brought culture, art, and everything else to a dead standstill. Meanwhile, as we saw in the previous article, year by year it ballooned grants into ‘safe,’ officially sanctioned subjects, sternly steering scientists into safe but unproductive scientific cul-de-sacs.
Did you ever wonder why, as we just found out this year, the last 25 years of scientific research into the causes of Alzheimer’s were moored to a single wrong theory, with any competing ideas squelched, defunded, and canceled?
