how many PMs does it take to fill an "inbox" and do messages stored in folders count toward that number?

I was told my inbox was full even though the inbox proper didn't have that many messages in it.

Please clarify when you have a chance.

Your PM box can have up to 75 messages in it. This includes inbox, saved messages in folders and your sent items box.

Usually people forget to clear out their sent items box and that is why their PM box is full.

got it. Somehow I thought by moving things to folders I was making room. Looks like I was just moving things from one virtual drawer to another just like in my actual file drawers. :chuckle:
