I wish I had gotten to meet you while I was in CO, Jo.
So, unless something drastic happens, the MAJORITY of persons of child-bearing age will follow the line of the Heathen and reject Christ. It follows, then, that a MAJORITY of babies conceived are doomed to grow up in homes where Jesus is rejected, and the Prince of this World is followed [unwittingly], and thus end up thrown into everlasting perdition.... no hope of recovery. Right?
But, if those babies not yet born are aborted, 100% of them will enter into God's loving presence, right??? All those slaughtered through the abortuary will gain instant access to our Father in Heaven, and we will see them there in good time.... whatever time that is.
Is that not our doctrine?
If we truly CARE about the innocent.... do we want to see them cursed to grow up in homes where they are taught to curse God & die?
OK Zapp, a solid commentary should always stand tall in the present, past and future. Let's put your comments in the context of 65 years ago to see if you have made a valid argument.

Sorry Zapp, I don't think your comments have withstood the test of time. Here is something simple to digest: Murder is wrong, murder is always wrong and murder should never be allowed by any government.

We do what we can do and we should do it. Everyone has a shared responsibility to make the truth known. I am glad there are people out there who will stand and be counted for their beliefs. This world is its people’s responsibility to do good for others; we all have our calling, those who act, do, those who assume others will carry their part of the burden, lack conviction in themselves.
regardless of how many of us will beleive and be saved, none of us have the right or authority to take the right of deciding whether we will or not away.
To say that it is better to kill a person in order to improve the odds of thier salvation is no better than being a suicide bomber because it increases favor with
Alah! Not to mention the person making the decision to end the life is not the one making the sacrifice.
The only way we are able to point to something in others is that we have experienced or acted on that very same "something." Jesus tells us to be accountable to the log in our own eye before we talk about the speck of sawdust in someone else's eye. You're worried about hypocrisy? Hypocrite!
Jo is right, only a healthy, living, and loving church can end abortion. One big reason there are so few of those, is because almost all churches are worried about, shaking in their boots about, scared to death about losing their sacred 501[c][3] status. They are after all, beholden to, and answerable to the IRS.

Are you saying that we all have a log (hypocrisy) so we cannot talk about the speck (abortion)? The only way we are able to point to something in others is that we have experienced or acted on that very same "something." Jesus tells us to be accountable to the log in our own eye before we talk about the speck of sawdust in someone else's eye.
I'm glad to hear that, we need hundreds of thousands more churches like yours. That is why Damascus Road Bible Fellowship is not a 501 church.
Straight from the get go that we wouldn't be restricted by the government as to what we were going to be permitted to preach.
I took the log out of my eye, already. The only way we are able to point to something in others is that we have experienced or acted on that very same "something." Jesus tells us to be accountable to the log in our own eye before we talk about the speck of sawdust in someone else's eye.
