A criminal investigation is opened after latest Dominion machine fiasco

Dominion continues to claim innocence, to claim efficiency, to claim honesty, to claim accuracy, and so forth, while their machines continue to mangle voting processes around the country. Democrats stole the 2020 election with major help from the leftist-owned and manipulated Dominion voting machines.

A county council in northeastern Pennsylvania on Tuesday voted to allow the local District Attorney’s office to investigate the May 18 primary election after officials and voters reported issues with voting equipment at polling places.
Luzerne County Councilman Walter Griffith proposed the district attorney investigate the mid-May election and made note of the on-screen ballot mislabeling error as well as other issues, arguing that it is needed because many voters are “disenfranchised and concerned about the integrity of the election process,” reported the local Times Leader newspaper. All 10 County Council members present approved the initiative, with one council member absent.
His resolution asks prosecutors to investigate Dominion Voting Systems’ machines’ programming and company practices.
The district attorney, Sam Sanguedolce, told the paper earlier this week that his office will look into any allegations of possible criminal conduct relating to the primary. “Without integrity in our elections, the public cannot trust the remainder of our democratic process,” he said.

Meanwhile, Sidney Powell continues to claim that "no reasonable person" would believe her claims of election fraud:

Kraken lawyer Sidney Powell admitted in a filing in federal court that “no reasonable person would conclude that [her] statements were truly statements of fact.” Powell made the filing in response to a defamation suit from Dominion Voting Systems in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

You believe the lying leftist narrative which attempts to portray democrat voter fraud as a lie based upon some statements or acts made by some opponents of voter fraud. What Trump or anyone else is doing about the fraud does nothing to prove the democrats did not commit fraud in spite of the mountains of evidence still standing against them.

Indeed, there is so much evidence of voter fraud that every conservative judge has dismissed it with "No standing."

Even though we have seen dozens of different technical reasons judges have avoided getting into the issue of voter fraud, Not one judge in the country has ruled that voter fraud did not occur.

I take it as a given that voter fraud occurs in every election and on both sides. The question here is, Was there enough voter fraud to sway the election? No, there was not, and if you lot had any sufficient evidence to the contrary, those judges would have ruled differently.

No biased speculator should offer an opinion based upon ignorance. How much voter fraud took place? Nobody knows because no investigation has provided any numbers. So why do biased partisans claim the voter fraud was not enough to change the outcome of the election? How much voter fraud is needed to change the outcome of an election? Consider this example:

Morton's minions failed to uncover much fraud in most states, but they hit pay dirt in Texas and Illinois.
In Texas, Kennedy's 46,000-vote margin was the closest statewide race there since 1948, when Kennedy's running mate, Lyndon B. Johnson, won a Senate seat by 87 votes (the origin of the nickname "Landslide Lyndon"). Morton's operatives, aided by local Republicans, uncovered plenty of political chicanery. For instance: In Fannin County, which had 4,895 registered voters, 6,138 votes were cast, three-quarters of them for Kennedy. In one precinct of Angelia County, 86 people voted and the final tally was 147 for Kennedy, 24 for Nixon.
On and on it went. The Republicans demanded a recount, claiming that it would give them 100,000 votes and victory. John Connally, the state Democratic chairman, said the Republicans were just "haggling for headlines" and predicted that a recount would give Kennedy another 50,000 votes.
But there was no recount. The Texas Election Board, composed entirely of Democrats, had already certified Kennedy as the winner.

So you're just claiming there was massive vote fraud without any convincing evidence for massive vote fraud? Got it.

No, not if they ruled truthfully in all those standings cases. Those would still have to be dismissed for lack of standing.
What you’ve admitted is that the judges were ruling on standing, because of some other reason, and that makes the judges frauds, if you’re correct.

To be fair, she was right in one sense. No reasonable person would believe her claims of election fraud. Her target audience however...

The evidence of fraud is there but leftist democrats refuse to see it. Democrats see no problem with casting God out of schools and politics and building huge impenetrable walls of separation between God and civilization, but they cannot detect democrat lies even when the truth totally destroys the lies.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican who rebuffed Donald Trump's claims that Georgia's election was marred by voter fraud, said he supports the judge's decision.
In a statement, Raffensperger cited "a longstanding history of election mismanagement" in Fulton County.
"From day one I have encouraged Georgians with legitimate concerns about the election in their counties to pursue those claims through legal avenues," Raffensperger said. "Fulton County has a longstanding history of election mismanagement that has understandably weakened voters' faith in its system. Allowing this audit provides another layer of transparency and citizen engagement."

The evidence of democrat voter fraud is irrefutable as is the clear evidence of democrat attempts to cover up the evidence of their fraud.

“They knew what happened and they tried to cover it up,” he said.
Benson and Antrim County officials have disputed the claims, arguing that human mistakes led to the county twice reporting skewed results.
The county initially reported that Democrat Joe Biden received over 3,000 more votes in the county than then-President Donald Trump. Democrats Gary Peters and Dana Ferguson were also shown ahead of their Republican opponents.
The county twice released an amended vote count—first on the day after the election, showing Trump received more votes, and again on Nov. 21, 2020, indicating a different number of votes for Biden, Trump, and overall. The total number of votes dropped by 2,013.
More recently, DePerno and Benson filed competing analyses of the election, with the plaintiff asserting his team found it possible to flip votes, and the intervening defendant alleging the election mistakes were the result of human error and not from “a security breach” or done deliberately.
