You tell me. Did you even watch him in the video? Trump called for peaceful protest and Ray Epps incited violence, yet crooked leftist democrats want to jail Trump while allowing the real criminal to go free.
I haven't seen where Trump called for the protest to be peaceful until after the fact, at which point it was too late.
As for Ray Epps, I'm not aware that what he said was technically illegal. Perhaps he could be charged with conspiracy. I don't know.
Trump's actions leading up to the insurrection remind me of Emporer Palpatine in Star Wars in that his servile underlings did his evil bidding for him and then he turned on them and now accuses them of being the bad guys.
The reason you support the crooks, thugs, liars, and thieves is that you "haven't seen" and are "not aware" and "don't know" the facts.
The fact is democrats are lying about the Jan 6 protest to hide the fact it was a legitimate protest against their illegitimate election fraud.

The hearing featured never-before-seen (cherry-picked and leftist-interpreted) video footage and witness testimony as lawmakers aim to explain (deliberately twist) what they (dishonestly) call a "coordinated, multi-step effort" by former President Donald Trump and his allies to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election (which was not the intent of the protest against the clear democrat voter fraud theft of the 2020 election.)
In a nearly two-hour hearing in prime time, the House select committee (wickedly, dishonestly, and hatefully) placed Trump at the center of an "attempted coup" (even though there was no attempted coup at all) and "multistep conspiracy aimed at overturning the presidential election" (even though there was no attempt to overturn anything legitimate) with the panel's chairs emphasizing (lying and falsely accusing) how Trump and his allies repeatedly tried to stop the peaceful transfer of power (Another lie since the democrats know for a fact that the protesters were patriotically trying to stop the democrat theft of the election by voter fraud.
Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., said the 11-month-long investigation (not an investigation but democrats colluding to create the false conspiracy theory that republicans tried to steal the election, and democrat collusion to unjustly jail their enemies for objecting to the seditious democrat fraud) with more than 1,000 interviews revealed that Trump was "well aware" of the violence at the Capitol (Trump was well aware of the potential for violence which was why he offered Pelosi 25,000 soldiers for security that Pelosi emphatically rejected prior to Jan 6) and security risk to Vice President Mike Pence and lawmakers but (Pelosi and the democrats) chose to do nothing.
"Not only did President Trump refuse to tell the mob to leave the Capitol (Trump was not at the Capitol and could not tell the mixed mob, the Capitol police, republican or democrat politicians anything), he placed no call to any element to the United States government to instruct at the Capitol be defended" (Trump offered his advice days earlier and was rejected by Pelosi who informed him he was not in charge there, she was), she said. "The vice president -- Pence -- did each of those things."

Interesting that your side is willing to utterly condemn one Oath Keeper, Ray Epps, who did not personally enter the Capitol building and participate in the violence, but you are mute when it comes to all of the other Oath Keepers, Proud Boys, and so on, who did storm the Capitol and commit violence. Why is that?
How many of the protesters at the Capitol that day were fake Trump supporters after all or is the FBI incapable of uncovering such key information?

You speak for yourself? Got it. Do you condemn the violence that occurred on 1/6/21 at the Capitol? Do you agree that those who committed the violence should be prosecuted?
Sure, those naive, gullible, children who listened to that Fed, Ray Epps, should get what they deserve. Especially the antifa members dressed in all black with their faces covered. But unfortunately not a single one of them are in jail today. But don't worry. I'm sure that's just a coincidence.
