"2000 Mules" is a grift. Charging you the high price of $30 to watch it was you being grifted.

I take it that in spite of evidence showing crooks appearing to commit voting crimes, you simply refuse to believe crooks who would shoot cops, loot stores, and burn buildings to the ground would ever commit voting crimes.

I think people forget that the "con" in con artist is short for "confidence." Trump is a "confidence man" in the sense that he is able to inspire a sense of absolute certainty among his supporters that what he says is true when a lot of it actually isn't true. This is how he was able to inspire his supporters to commit the J6 Capitol riot, by assuring the crowd that they needed to go to the Capitol and "fight like hell" because the election had been fraudulent and because "Mike Pence did not have the courage to do what needed to be done" by helping him to steal the election. "And so forth," as @marke would say.

This is why MAGA is a cult. Pence had no choice but to certify the election results as they were lawful and to do otherwise would have been unconstitutional but Trump being Trump, had to mouth off like the petulant man child that he is. It's utterly baffling how so many people can't see through his so obviously narcissistic persona but there it is. Some of his followers believe all sorts of whack-a-doodle stuff from bamboo ballot forgeries to JFK Jr coming back from the dead etc. He knew he lost the 2020 election the same night the results were coming in. He had to have been made aware of the forecasts but was he ever gonna do the mature thing and concede once there was no doubt?
