These are NOT the same gospel

The good news of the Kingdom where Christ will sit upon the throne of David was the gospel the four were preaching.

These are NOT the same gospel

Yes Peter and the twelve were zealous of the law. The kingdom gospel was all about LAW. It simply boggles the mind that anyone would think the twelve preached Paul's gospel of grace.

Beloved57 are you sure you’re chosen?

You think the Bible has no explicit teaching that salvation is a free gift, and you point to Col. 3 to prove what? That we have to do all those things to be saved? I hope you're not claiming that we are to put off the old man ourselves. 2 Cor. 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is...

when did Peter use the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven ?

I don't see it. You can't use keys to anything until it's in your possession. That won't be until the Lord returns in glory.

when did Peter use the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven ?

They both preached Christ. The message is not the same. Kingdom on earth. Prophecy. Body of Christ. Mystery

when did Peter use the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven ?

The twelve preached Christ as the Messiah. Then after the cross, Peter added the resurrection. Then later, he added the acceptance of gentiles who worked righteousness. They were all zealous for the law. Does this really sound like Peter and the rest were preaching the same gospel as Paul...

when did Peter use the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven ?

No, they're too busy looking for pronouns that confuse them -- hoping they confuse us, too.

    They're Lying To You

Wars make wonderful distraction. That's why the dems love them.

Amen. No amount of wresting will ever alter the foundation.

when did Peter use the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven ?

Not the same gospel. They preached the same Christ. But you wouldn't be able to see that. It requires spiritual discernment. Childish banter is always so fun.

Beloved57 are you sure you’re chosen?

So here you are insisting I help you with your list. ;) It seems like such a waste to me when there are so many worthwhile things we could be discussing. But, since you insist.... I'll assume you are talking about what it takes to be saved today. You're wanting an all inclusive list, as if a...

Beloved57 are you sure you’re chosen?

If it isn't your argument, why do you keep talking about it. It's not desperation. It's stupidity, because I really don't know which of my points might be something you're looking for. And I'm certainly not lying. So you decide what you do about it. I'm just a doing my best to respond to...

Nope. Paul's gentiles entered the body of Christ, and God's kingdom IN HEAVEN There are two kingdoms, just like there were two gospels.

when did Peter use the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven ?

I think Peter still holds the keys to the Kingdom, and when the Kingdom on earth comes in, Peter will be there to open the doors.

Beloved57 are you sure you’re chosen?

Theoretically, a person can be saved on even less. In the same way, a person can hear it all and more and still not be saved. I'm convinced it's impossible to know what a person believes in their heart. What their mental accent is counts for nothing.

Beloved57 are you sure you’re chosen?

Didn't say it was. We have an ongoing conversation, and I was merely responding to that conversation.

Beloved57 are you sure you’re chosen?

My goodness. The gospel didn't need to be altered in order to attract a following. The preacher could dress up in fancy clothes and play a tamborine. They could put the apostle down because he was in jail and was covered with scars. Drawing people unto themselves is the point.

Beloved57 are you sure you’re chosen?

Very sneaky. Since we don't hear Paul preaching on the streets, he can't have mentioned that eternal life is a gift. Read page 171 in the Plot.

Beloved57 are you sure you’re chosen?

That's why people say this is the gospel. 1 Cor. 15:2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures...
