Can a Christian lose their salvation

That makes no sense. Correct. "Those" who are not sinners have already repented of sin. They need no further repentance from sin. Thanks be to God !

Can a Christian lose their salvation

Correct. If they are still sinning, they didn't repent of sin.

Can a Christian lose their salvation

As I wrote..."among other things". As a no murderer, adulterer, or thief, is one of the sealed, what they do will not impact their salvation. I already have, and am one of God's ex-sinners. Not sure of what you write of. Why refuse to believe that a turn from sin is essential to "life" ...

Can a Christian lose their salvation

OK, thanks for your clarification. So, all those who repent of sin were once sinners. If they were not sinners, they would have no reason to repent of sin.

Can a Christian lose their salvation

I agreed with what I thought you meant to write.

Can a Christian lose their salvation

What does "has been a sinner" mean to you ? Does it men the same as "had been a sinner" ?

Can a Christian lose their salvation

My faith is in, among other things, the fact that God remade me so I could obey Him perfectly. Isn't yours ? OK...? No. as it didn't say He repented of sin. He turned from one form of action to another. No, only one. As a new creature old things have passed away and all things are made new...

If he would clean up his English I wouldn't have to keep correcting his posts. He keeps trying to subtly change the course of the discussion with trickery, but I won't have it. I will reword his posts so they are comprehendable.

Can a Christian lose their salvation

Not mine, but in the Lord's through me. Paul writes..."I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me." (Gal 2:20) If you can't see that...

If you wish to "re-do" my use of English to a more readable form...please do so.

Can a Christian lose their salvation

I agree with what you wrote, but used better English to do so. "New creatures had been sinners."

Can a Christian lose their salvation

You said God did not offer repentance to salvation to men. I provided a verse to help change your mind. I am "hoping" I will be, when God declares it on the day of judgement.

Can a Christian lose their salvation

"Had" been...once was a sinner. You failed to notice the re-wording I responded to.

Can a Christian lose their salvation

Please stick to the topic. Otherwise I won't be able to tell if you are learning anything. I have quit posting your accusations. They make you look childish and I didn't want future readers to think poorly of you.

What did you respond to ? hint...(it was my response.) LOL

Can a Christian lose their salvation

Of course not. He won't go outside the laws He established...like: He won't tell lies, or tempt a man. If He wants to change those laws, He will. I realize that. I will try to add more detail in future posts so you can clearly understand the ideas expressed therein.

Can a Christian lose their salvation

No, it is you misreading what I wrote. I wrote..."Had been a sinner...yes."

Ooops, I'll go back and edit that. No other comments besides on my typing skill ?

Can a Christian lose their salvation

To some, the grace of God is of limited power. Only a bandage for ongoing sin, in this case. To me it can do whatever God wants it to do. Including make a man a non-sinner, and keep him a non-sinner.
