I used to work much harder until your link from Martin. There are many myths besides cholesterol and fat in the diet. Meal frequency has to be one of the biggest. The last 25 pounds literally melted away like snow in July. So I thank you for that info. :up:
For all the things I can't do right, I am holding steady at 200.
