A lot of conservatives are pro-centralization, but I think its single handedly the worst thing that has ever happened to human civilization.

I don't think conservatives will accept living in a nation that legalizes abortion forever either. Child murder is quite intolerable, and even if you reject that that's what it is, at least a quarter of the country believes that it is. This is going to split the country just like slavery did.

There's no meaningful compromise on our "differences" either. Liberals are pushing and conservatives are playing defense.

Also, while Jefferson thinks its a pure fantasy, I really do think that sharing the US does need to happen somehow, and it needs to split into at least 2 different countries. Theonomy is probably a long way off, but I really don't see any sense in conservatives and liberals sharing a country.
