Of course there are plenty of situations where a boss can tell his employees not to use certain language and it would not be reasonable to call it censorship.

Quoting the dictionary now and pretending I have denied its definition is just plain dishonest.

The illustration I gave remains right on point. It fulfills the definition and is an act of censorship by suppressing speech.
