#WomenWhoVoteTrump: These are the women who support Trump

(CNN) Suburban moms, first-time voters and well-educated women are taking to Twitter to explain exactly why they want Donald Trump to be the next president.

The passionate support comes in the wake of allegations from several women who said Trump sexually assaulted them. The women's charges were reported by the New York Times and People Magazine. CNN has not yet independently confirmed these accounts and Trump has denied the claims.

The support is also on the heels of social conversations this week about instances of sexual assault and why women don't report.

Despite many polls showing Trump significantly trailing with women voters nationally and in key swing states, women flooded Twitter with tweets using the hashtag #WomenWhoVoteTrump. The tweeters talked about everything from the reasons why they support Trump to descriptions of themselves, which aimed to undermine stereotypes about the kind of women who are Trump supporters.

Some of the women tweeting made a point of saying they are smart, educated and rational thinkers -- who also happen to be Trump supporters.

Women against Trump do not live in reality, as their very feminism and victim complex is a detachment from reality.A lot of men have taken to 'infantilizing' women in that they encourage such things of them through their support.

They ought not even be called 'women'- women are adults. Women who support Trump are the real women

Read an interesting article last night about how researchers were surprised to find that intelligence doesn't correlate with immunity to cultic personalities.

Their theory is that charismatic fear mongers are able to speak to the less rational parts of our heads, and get those parts to override the rational parts. It's what saves us from hesitating to analyze dangerous situations, but can be exploited by the right people in the right circumstances.

My guess is that so many college students like socialists because they sincerely do want to see justice for the oppressed and downtrodden, but haven't yet learned how corrupt every human heart is. They don't believe there is a God to hope in, and so they place their hope in knowledge and good intent. They still believe there is such a thing as a good person.

The article was talking about people who follow totalitarian leaders, not those who become them. I don't think anyone would be surprised that cultic leaders would be very clever and educated. The counter-intuitive finding was that their followers can be quite bright, and yet fall for their lies and emotional appeals.
