This is not a trick question and is not a silly question. Thousands have already been made seriously ill from the covid shots and many have died. If the US government is to make Americans take the covid shot, knowing those facts exist, then is the US government responsible for damages? If an employer makes his employees take the shot is the employer responsible for damages if one of his employees has a very bad reaction to the shot? How about schools? If a university demands students get the shot then are schools liable for damages if students get really sick from the shot?
Will Americans who get seriously ill or worse from the mandated vaccine be allowed to sue the government for damages?

Biden is out front again pushing the vaccine mandate that he knows the US government will not stand behind if someone gets sick. Americans should have a choice in the matter instead of being forced to take medicines the government mandates like Jim Jones Koolaid.

People of little understanding are pushing the vaccine that has a track record of failure because they erroneously think the vaccine will end covid dangers. Sadly, areas with high percentages of vaccinated individuals are seeing unusually high rates of covid infections, especially among the vaccinated. The vaccine enthusiast dreamers need to stop pushing unwise or unrealistic proposals on the whole world.
If you were badly injured and the First Responder who showed up didn't have their Vac. Cert. would you send them away?...What if they didn't have the approved number of boosters?

I refuse to get vaccinated but I also read the science that says I cannot possibly get covid or spread covid because I gained immunity from covid by recovering from covid. It sounds like you are suggesting that vaccinated people who get covid cannot spread the disease and those who have not been vaccinated but cannot get covid are spreading the disease. That does not make sense.
Let's say the government mandates the covid shot for companies doing business with the US government, so an employer mandates that his employees get the covid shot. If one of those employees gets seriously ill from the covid shot whose fault s it and who should end up paying damages, the employer? The US government? Will the US government stand behind all covid shots and pay damages for those who get sick?
