Agreed ... though the use of the word scumbag in his case is being generous.
Unfortunately, I don't believe he will (end up back in the slammer). He was previously emboldened when he was acquitted for the murders of Nicole and Ron and probably figured he could get away with anything. After these years in prison, he may not be so eager to go back.
