Might have been a case where the road would have been too steep had they followed the red (note the train tracks on the left).

Too steep of a slope just before an intersection leads to vehicles sliding into the intersection in slippery conditions.

Leftists have already speculated that Putin was not behind the attacks but that the attacks came from Russia. That is fast work. During Trump's presidency, leftists assured us Putin was behind unspecified attacks on our elections system by buying up ads in support of Trump on Facebook. That, of course, proved to be a lie, but after promoting that lie for three years leftists could not drop the delusion for fear of losing face.

Whitmer attempted to shut down a Canadian pipeline crossing a narrow state strip a few miles wide, but the Canadians refused. She then threatened to seize their bank accounts. Never mind the US was reeling from the shutdown of its own pipelines, Fascist Governor Whitman was not going to allow free people to exercise freedom in her democrat socialist fiefdom of Michigan.

Not even the esteemed Robert Mueller himself would likely be able to identify the democrat-suspected Trump/Russian associates the democrats likely want to claim were behind the pipeline attack. On another note, we have identified two Americans who have attacked American pipelines in the last two months, Biden and Whitmer.
