Not everybody who is a Christian goes around talking about it constantly. Certainly not exclusively.
When I remodel a house, I don't do it in the name of Christianity, or to perpetuate my faith, or to make a religious statement. I do it for the money. Does that make me a non-Christian?
When I talk to people, I talk about many topics, most of which are not Jesus.
By your standards, the only word a Christian should ever utter is Jesus. If he says anything else, he clearly is not a Christian.
