The big deal is that China has told North Korea; "We will protect you if the United States attacks you. If you initiate an attack against the United States, you are on your own."

I can see how it helps. Nth Korea can continue on its nuclear path and testing rockets. Until and if sanctions have any great effect.

Trump could not risk any pre-emptive strikes.

So, let the U.N. get on with its talk fest, Trump with his threats and Kim with his drive to catastrophe.

Who will be to blame for the end result? Every citizen of Nth Korea, China and the U.S. who let it happen

Its too late. Either Trump goes or Nth Korea goes. Staging mass anti Trump rallies could have an impact. Seems that the U.S. President is a dictator. What impact does the Senate or Congress have to influence Trump?

Why are you blaming Trump for what Obama, Clinton and Bush allowed to happen? Why blame Trump for what the fat little kid does?

Past Presidents are now irrelevant.

Trump is President with the responsibility to solve the problem of the fat little kid.

As per his U.N. speech Trump prefers to throw petrol on the fire !
