The propitiated world
The propitiated world will be given Faith in His Blood because His Blood propitiated God for them Rom 3:25
Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
The word propitiation here is the greek word
hilastērion and means:
relating to an appeasing or expiating, having placating or expiating force, expiatory; a means of appeasing or expiating, a propitiation
- used of the cover of the ark of the covenant in the Holy of Holies, which was sprinkled with the blood of the expiatory victim on the annual day of atonement (this rite signifying that the life of the people, the loss of which they had merited by their sins, was offered to God in the blood as the life of the victim, and that God by this ceremony was appeased and their sins expiated); hence the lid of expiation, the propitiatory
- an expiatory sacrifice for Those whom Christ propitiated God for, that is satisfied divine Justice for, shall be given Faith in His Blood since of a truth His Blood has for them satisfied the divine justice against their sins, which God given Faith is the evidence of !
If one never comes to Faith in Christ as all the Sheep will, then they weren't never one for whom Christ propitiated God for. They never were part of that whole world in 1 Jn 2:2

No God-given Faith in New Birth, means they are a goat of mankind;
never part of the World Christ Propitiated by His Blood.
So these Words shall they hear:
Mat. 25:41
Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand,
Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
Rev. 21:8
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
So, we can rest assured that these goats on Christ's left hand were never any He shed His Blood for !
Hence, they were never chosen or Loved by the Father, and thus not part of the whole World that 1 John 2:1-2 Speaks of !
