The Gospel that Calls ALL THINGS into Question

What is the Gospel? The Gospel is that work that Jesus did in our name and on our behalf. It is the Gospel that justifies ungodly sinners, Romans 4:5 and reconciles them and the world unto God, 2 Corinthians 5:18, 19. It is imperative that every Christian knows and understands this Gospel. To not believe and understand the Gospel of Jesus Christ, is to be at risk of being deceived by Satan and drawn off into a false doctrine or religion.

Jesus said, "Few there be that find it" Matthew 7:14.

What was Jesus referring to when he said that? He was referring to his Gospel. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the gateway to heaven. There is nothing greater in the Bible than the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the heart and the center of the New Testament. In the Gospel, Jesus comes into the world as God's new Adam and our new humanity. He is our substitute and our representative. All that Jesus is and all that he does, he does for us.

He is...

Our substitute, Our representative, Our mediator, Our reconciler, Our justifier, Our righteousness, Our sanctification, Our life, Our way, Our truth, Our savior, Our Lord, Our God, Our salvation. Without Jesus Christ we would all be lost, "Because, there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved" Acts 4:12.

Jesus, by his holy, righteous, sinless life, offers to God the Father a life of perfect obedience according to his holy law. He does this in our name and on our behalf. Jesus is the end and the fulfillment of God's holy law. Every jot and tittle of the law has been fulfilled, Matthew 5:18. The life of Jesus was lived for our justification, Romans 3:26. This is why Paul could say... "You are complete in him" Colossians 2:10.

The life of Christ was not enough for the salvation of fallen man. Something had to be done about his sins and the sins of the whole world. God requires a perfect sacrifice and a perfect atonement for our sins and the sins of the world. This is why..."He has made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him" 2 Corinthians 5:21. When Jesus died we died with him. This is why Paul wrote, "I have been crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live" Galatians 2:20. When Jesus came out of Joseph's new tomb, our new humanity came out with him. When Jesus ascended into heaven, we ascended with him.

God sees everything in his Son Jesus Christ. Jesus is God's new Adam and our new humanity, 2 Corinthians 5:17. As far as God is concerned, sin, death and the devil have been destroyed by his Son Jesus Christ. Jesus has victoriously reconciled us and the world unto God the Father, 2 Corinthians 5:18, 19. The work of salvation is a finished work, we cannot add to it, nor can we take away from it. Our salvation is in a very safe place at the right hand of God in heaven. This Gospel calls all religious thought and all religions into question. If Jesus has saved us by his doing and his dying, then what good is any religion. Perhaps this is what Paul meant when he said, "The Just Shall Live By Faith" Romans 1:17. and not by rules, laws or religion.

In the judgment Christians will be asked by Christ... "What did you do with my Gospel?"

Paul said, "For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believes; to the Jew first and also to the Greek. Romans 1:16.

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the gateway to eternal life for all that believe it and trust in it. For those that hear it and reject it there is condemnation.

God is a God of judgment.

All that are not "In Christ" are under condemnation. In the judgment they will be found in their sins and condemned to an everlasting hell.

Did you make this up? There is nothing in scripture about this kind of stuff.

The following gospel that Christ preached is not in your OP:

Mark 1:14-15 . . . Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, 15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

Is the gospel of the kingdom of God that Jesus preached the same as the one you called the Gospel of Jesus Christ?

If Yes, can you explain how and why?

If No, did Jesus preach two different gospels, the one He really preached as recorded in Scriptures, and the one you called the the Gospel of Jesus Christ?

Scripture says a person cannot be judged until after they have died. The penalty for sin is death but once the penalty has been paid the person is free and clear of sin.

There is the Kingdom Gospel, which is the good news that the king has arrived, and then there is the Gospel that justifies the ungodly, Romans 4:5 and reconciles us and the world unto God, 2 Corinthians 5:18, 19. This is the Gospel that Paul received directly from Jesus Christ, Galatians 1:11-12.

Only if they have faith in the doing and the dying of Jesus for their sins. Nothing is ours until it is received by faith.

No, I'll quote it for you:

And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment... (Hebrews 9:27)

We can't be judged until after we die.

That is one of them, there are many others such as this... "Repent for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand" Matthew 4:17.

Jesus is the Kingdom of God.
