The Gospel is the POWER of God unto Salvation

Paul wrote, "For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believes" Romans 1:16.

Paul didn't say that predestination was the power of God unto salvation, nor did he say that the Catholic church is the power of God unto salvation.

There is power in the Gospel message and there is power in the Gospel. The reason that there is power in the Gospel message is because the Holy Spirit is present in the Gospel. It is the Holy Spirit that convicts people of their sins and brings them to Christ.

There is no power in the message of religion or in the preaching of the law. You can tell people that they must be predestinated to be saved and nothing will happen. You can preach Catholicism and nothing will happen. But when the Gospel is preached to sinners they come to Christ by the thousands, Acts 2:41 also Acts 4:4.

The day of Pentecost is a witness to the saving message of Jesus Christ. Here are thousands of unbelieving Jews, some of who had participated in the crucifixion of Christ, but when Peter stood up and presented the Gospel message to them in the power of the Holy Spirit they were convicted of their sins and their need for Jesus Christ. "Faith came by hearing and hearing by the word of God (the Gospel) Romans 10:17.

What happens when you tell some one about Calvinism? Nothing. What happens when you tell some one about Catholicism? Nothing. It is the Gospel message of Jesus Christ that can turn your life upside down. The preaching of the Gospel is what gave birth to the New Testament church.

To hear and reject the Gospel is to commit spiritual suicide, Acts 3:23.

You teach salvation by works, a false gospel that denies Christ!

When you preach Pateism, something happens...people scratch their heads and wonder who would ever believe such a mess.

According to Pateism:
Jesus is the Savior of every person in the world, yet not everyone is saved.
The whole world is reconciled to God, yet not everyone is reconciled.
God sees the whole world in Christ, yet not everyone is in Christ.
The whole world was predestinated, yet no one was predestinated.
Jesus atoned for the sins of the whole world, yet those sins will magically reappear in the judgment, even though no one will be judged according to their sins.
The Bible is not a perfect book, yet there is nothing wrong with it.
Its all so clear!!

I have explained what I mean about salvation over a hundred times in my threads, why haven't you read that ?

Paul taught, "For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men teaching us that denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age." (Titus 2:11-12)

I have not read where you say the grace of God brings salvation to all men.

Do you believe God makes salvation available to everyone?

Sure there is, Pateism is a religion, even if only one person believes it or even understands it.

Anyone who teaches that there are two atonements belongs on the TOL heretics list.
It doesnt matter if you believe Jesus makes the second atonement, or a human, it is blasphemy!

I don't have any dispute with Paul.
