The completed Bible is written for the Church

Someone asked, was the book of Hebrews written to Christians or to Jews? NT scriptures were added to the OT books by Christians to finish the completed Bible for Christians after God had set aside the Jews until the times of the Gentiles comes to an end.

1 Corinthians 10:11
Now all these things happened unto them for examples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

2 Timothy 3:16
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

The book TO the Hebrews was written to the believing remnant of Israel at the time that they were scattered into gentiles lands (i.e., kicked out of the land of Israel).

When was the book of Hebrews completed and added to the Bible? 40 years after God turned away from the Jews to call the Church out of all people? Is God still meeting with Jewish bodies of believers today where select books of the NT are read each week during worship services? Do the bodies of Jewish worshipers today believe the other books of the NT are written for them as well, or are select books of the NT not for Jewish worship bodies today? Is it right to call modern bodies of Jewish worshippers the body of Christ?

That was "unbelieving" Jews that were set aside.
Peter and Paul were certainly not set aside.
