Super Tuesday- Romney's Bad, CRTL's Good

This is the show from Tuesday February 5th, 2008.

BEST QUOTE OF THE SHOW:
Mitt Romney's stump speech, broadcast nationally this morning on Super Tuesday, was written explicitly to combat American Right To Life's accusation, (that's sticking) that Mitt Romney is a pro-abort.

SUMMARY:

* Romney's WV Preaching: Romney started Super Tuesday at West Virginia's state Republican convention by preaching up a storm against abortion (lying about being pro-life) to offset the growing realization (thanks significantly to American RTL Action), and then promptly lost all 18 of the state's national delegates.

* Will Duffy Roughed Up by Romney Supporters: hear Will Duffy, founder of the Collaborators Project and all-around pro-life activist, tell of being physically assaulted and cussed at during Romney's Denver campaign stop by the pro-abortion candidate's supporters. Romney was so shaken up by ARTL's well-organized campaign against him in early contest states and in Denver, and then by the great photo and caption in the New York Times of American RTL's protest against him, that he's upped his fraudulent anti-abortion rhetoric to a new shrill pitch.

* Colorado RTL's Great Resolutions: consider printing out and introducing these resolutions in Colorado (or modify them for any other state's caucuses):

Judiciary Crisis Resolution

WHEREAS, seven of the nine current United States Supreme Court Justices have been nominated by Republican Presidents; and

WHEREAS, Justice Clarence Thomas has written his opinion that he would allow the government to permit the killing of unborn children; and

WHEREAS, Justice Antonin Scalia has publicly stated that he would strike down any law that prohibited abortion in all fifty states; and

WHEREAS, not a single justice on the Republican U.S. Supreme Court defends the personhood and right to life of the unborn; and

WHEREAS, the pro-abortion Roe v. Wade decision was written by a Republican Justice, and

WHEREAS, Roe. v. Wade was passed by a Republican majority on the U.S. Supreme Court, and

WHEREAS sixty percent of the United States federal judiciary has been nominated by Republican presidents; and

WHEREAS the federal judiciary is overwhelming pro-abortion, now, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Republican Party that we recognize a moral crisis in the federal judiciary, and that our own Colorado Republican Party and our National Republican Party are significantly to blame for America's judicial moral crisis, and that to address this crisis, the Colorado Republican Party should support personhood and the God-given right to life of the unborn as the strategy toward ending legitimized child killing in America.
