Sin/sins is NOT THE ISSUE today! All of the work necessary to save anyone today was accomplished by God through the faith and finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ in the WORLD'S place; that includes ALL MEN (no matter who they are, where they've been or what they were doing while they were there)!

2 Corinthians 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

2 Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

1 Timothy 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

If you at this moment are an unbeliever, the only thing stopping you from being saved is your unbelief because even though the righteousness of God (the standard for heaven) is available UNTO YOU by the faith of Jesus Christ, it is not UPON YOU until that moment in your life when you trust the Lord believing Christ died for your sins and that He was buried and rose again the third day (1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV). Trust the Lord for salvation and the righteousness of God will be imputed to you (Romans 3:21-22 KJV, Romans 4:23-25 KJV).

Now, THAT ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^is the "nicest thing you can say to a homo"!

Are you kidding? Sins are what keeps us from God, and Jesus died for our sins.

Isaiah 59:2But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear.

We have to come to Jesus and repent of our sins.

When Jesus saves us, after we repent, then we receive the Holy Spirit who helps us to obey.

Galatians 5:24 KJV --...they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh

Colossians 3:5 KJV --Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth

Why does Galatian's make it sound like a 1-time thing, in the past, but in Colossian's Paul tell's them to do it now?

same ole bad news from a believe notter as we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son!

Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

Romans 5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

2 Corinthians 5:18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

2 Corinthians 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

2 Corinthians 5:20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.

2 Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

It's hard to tell the difference between this and a pact with the devil.

Christianity requires you to accept a human sacrifice, Jesus, as a scapegoat for your wrongdoing, thus absolving you of responsibility for your actions. That's fantastically immoral.

Not in my name, if you don't mind.

This is you: Revelation 20:12 states: "And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works."

Christ took care of the sin question 2,000 years ago. That's why this
verse, relating to the final judgment of God towards all non-believers,
mentions "Works" instead of "Sins." If you continue to reject Christ,
you will be at this judgment and be judged by your "Works" and cast
into The Lake of Fire, for eternity. You may not believe it, but judgment
KNOWS you!

The Body of Christ (True Believers) will stand before Christ and receive rewards.
There awaits NO judgment for the Body of Christ members.

Good works/deeds, going to church, water baptism, etc, will gain you eternal life.
Faith in Christ as your Savior will allow you to be, sealed/indwelt, and baptized
(not by water) into the Body of Christ, by "The Holy Spirit."

Romans 10:9 states: "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

Ephesians 2:8-9 states: For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Only by placing ALL your faith in Christ "as a lost sinner" will you receive God's
Grace." His mercy, forgiveness, and eternal life that you CANNOT lose!

I first heard the "Grace Message" in 1962. And, have grown in my faith
over the years. Christianity is a lifetime commitment. Not just a short
prayer and that's it. A commitment to Pray, Read and study the Bible,
to seek God's will in your life, To be a witness in the world and share
what you know about God's Grace to those who ask you, etc.

A true Believer isn't a "perfect human being" because, they still have
the flesh to contend with. However, we have the righteousness of
Christ bestowed upon us. Our sins have been paid for. Besides those
things, we have the Holy Spirit indwelt in us. He creates the good works/
deeds, fruit, and obedience, and all of these things go to the Glory of God.

Given the immorality of the christian proposition, the only option available to me is to be punished by your tyrant. Let it do it's worst. I may not be perfect, but that wouldn't be justice. Your god would be exposed as a vindictive monster.

Of course you must feel quite special. Perhaps you agree with Tertullian that there will be great joy for those in heaven as they watch the torment of the damned:

“At that greatest of all spectacles, that last and eternal judgment how shall I admire, how laugh, how rejoice, how exult, when I behold so many proud monarchs groaning in the lowest abyss of darkness; so many magistrates liquefying in fiercer flames than they ever kindled against the Christians; so many sages philosophers blushing in red-hot fires with their deluded pupils; so many tragedians more tuneful in the expression of their own sufferings; so many dancers tripping more nimbly from anguish then ever before from applause."

Actually hell is a grotesque myth that came into existence with the mythology of Jesus, and was designed to keep the tribe onside and for Catholic priests to use to scare young children. You would think believers in it might have grown up and got a backbone by now.

It is not bad news to obey Jesus' beautiful powerful words.

Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Paul is speaking about how Jesus saved people who did NOT obey the ceremonial works. The Gentiles were dead in the UNcircumcision of their flesh; yet, Jesus saved them and did not require them to go back and first obey what used to be commanded.

See Colossians 2:13 When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins,

Romans 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
We are saved by faith that his blood cleans us and not by the works of the ceremonial commands.

You will never access that grace unless you have living faith. Living faith is faith with obedience.

We must repent of our sins and live obeying Jesus.
