This actually opens up a lot of debate.
God is omnipresent knowing all but at the same time we do have free will.
Part of this will always be mystery to us.
Bob doesn't separate physical evil from moral evil in his discussion nor does he show an understanding that the physical world is created and conserved by God and that chance is just an effect, not a cause.
