Spiritually Minded Or Carnally Minded Faith Or Science
The spiritual mind has no scientific methods of believing. They just believe what is written in the bible. And they believe on faith that it is Gods Word. The spiritual mind has a different reality in life than the sceintific mind has. The scientific mind tries to prove the bible right or wrong with scientific methods. And it will always come up with strong delusions of truth. The only method the spiritual mind has is purging out everything inside of them that is contrary to the verses. The scientific mind has to see evidence that will please them, there is no faith in that. Faith is spiritual strength that we use to purge out our carnal and scientific minds.

[9] The coming of the [lawless one] is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders,
[10] and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
[11] And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie,
[12] that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
[1Co 5:7
[7] Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us.
[1Ti 6:20-21
[20] O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane [and] vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: [21] Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace [be] with thee. Amen.
[Rom 4:17

[1] Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
[2] For by it the elders obtained a [good] testimony.
[3] By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible. ...
[6] But without faith [it is] impossible to please [Him], for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and [that] He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
[7] By faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.
[8] By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he would receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going.
[9] By faith he dwelt in the land of promise as [in] a foreign country, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise; ...
[11] By faith Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed, and she bore a child when she was past the age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised.
[12] Therefore from one man, and him as good as dead, were born [as many] as the stars of the sky in multitude--innumerable as the sand which is by the seashore.

[5] Now the purpose of the commandment is love from a pure heart, [from] a good conscience, and [from] sincere faith, [6] from which some, having strayed, have turned aside to idle talk,
