Dr. Carter studied genetics at the University of Miami and earned his place in the history of science by working to publish, the consensus sequence for our mitochondrial DNA, which is the particular order of amino acids that, with high confidence, was the exact mitochondrial DNA of the very first woman, who’s name, as history tells us, was Eve.

Your link is written by a common descent hack. Here's a quote, "The notion that mutations degrade the information in DNA, are inherently harmful, or that they “scramble” DNA is all nonsense." that shows a complete lack of logic.

And a profound lack of understanding with the quote, "Mutations demonstrably increase the amount and variety of information in a population’s genome." at least with what information is.

And shows both with the quote, "No scientist argues that a specific complex protein assembled entirely by chance.", not knowing what OOL scientists really say about what is required for the UCA.

And in direct contradiction to the obvious, the author states, "The fossils are physical objects that exist, you can go to the museum and see them for yourself." showing he is the common descentist form of an apparatchik. If anyone thinks the fossils show common descent, the obvious question is "how many offspring did that organism have?"

And the last topic mentioned, with the quote, "They don’t mention that these are not the radioisotopes that are used for dating." shows a severe lack of current understanding of radio dating.
