The way that definition is worded it can be applied to anything and anybody at any time. What the left is doing with this is saying porn addicts who like kink and BDSM are a group that is "discriminated" against. It's saying criticizing porn is evil, and the kinkier the porn the more evil it is, and that it needs to be accepted behavior. In their fantasies it's akin to racism. It's the marxist's way of destroying all forms of morality.
