Its obvious. The broke two of the worst murderers out.
Why? To monitor how much of a media / political problem it will cause.
Looks like the FEDS or maybe the NWO bankers have resurrected
the theme behind the Dirty Dozen movie.
There were a few ethically questionable moments in that movie,
but they weren't developed.
I think you're going to see lots more "break-outs" in the future,
big and small, public and quiet.
These guys will be put "in the field" God knows where,
with a task and a promise threat/bribe.
And they're "expendables".
