That's very inhuman.

Humanity understands that a murderer's pain can deter other murderers from causing potential victims, the victim's family and acquantainces, the murderer's family, acquantainces and himself pain.

I don't agree with vengeance.

The righteous wash their feet in the blood of the wicked. Vengeance should be meeted out by the government upon criminals.

Do it because you want them permanently out of society. And do it in a kind fashion.

Hmm. :think: I've got it! The government officials can kindly invite the murderer to tea and sorrowfully inform him that he has to be "removed" from society!

I find purposefully inflicting pain and torture on others to be the most repulsive of human actions.

Then you should support the swift, painful execution of murderers who would do such things upon innocents.
