Those who love God are members of the body of believers, and as such share in the preordained blessings of that relationship. It is entirely possible that a person has free choice to reject God, but these are not the ones Paul is talking to in his letter.

It is my opinion that other verses that are used to argue not only for predestination but also for claiming that God "sees" a future that has not happened yet are misinterpreted due to being taken out of context.

Certainly I am not arguing that God has not preordinated the future blessings and destination of His body of believers (He has the power to make these happen so He can declare them in advance), only that He does not necessarily preordain who the individual members of that body will be.

God draws all mankind to Him, but some do not respond, even as His beloved Israel did not in the end respond to their Messiah, even though a few individuals did.
