I had two 'nervous breakdowns' in my life. I honestly believe that nothing anywhere near that serious of a problem will ever occur to me again.
I have found, as my best and most reliable therapy, that when I depend upon The Lord as my Strength, then I am safe; because He did not give me the spirit of fear, but One of Power, Love and a Sound Mind. This is not me, Who is Strong, but Him; no longer I live, but Christ lives in me. This is more sure than any drug, therapy or other cure. He also promised to never leave or forsake me. I thank Him for these things, every single day.
