Your bias is showing. "The most coherent interpretation" is only in the eye of the beholder.
The belief that a cell came about by strictly chemical means and that the universe popped into existence from a quantum fluctuation is completely and totally wishful thinking. It is much more "coherent" to believe that these events were the acts of a super powerful and intelligent Creator.
But go right ahead with your folly of believing that the material world is all that there is, which is what you are really saying when you assert that God did not create the miracle of the universe and the miracle of life.
