No Homicide Charge for Hit-and-Run Baby Killer

This is the show from Monday December 13th, 2010.

SUMMARY:

* Killed Denver Baby Boy Can't Get Justice Because of Abortion: Will Duffy joins Bob Enyart in studio to discuss the tragic fatal hit-and-run that killed the 34-week old son of Laura Gorham. Yes, personhood lost the election, but the truth always gets the last word. The fact that Colorado cannot charge a criminal for killing an unborn child is powerful evidence for those who were unsure about personhood that the law must recognize the God-given right to life of every person no matter how small. This precious baby boy.baby is why we must press on. Personhood USA spokeswoman Jennifer Mason talked to BEL and Denver's Channel 2 news. Also, Bob Enyart is scheduled to appear on Colorado's CBS4 News tonight at 5 p.m. and NBC's 9News at 6 p.m.

* Exodus 21 & ABC's "Fetus Stealer" Headline: See also Exodus 21 at AmericanRTL.org/Bible. And see ARTL's report of the contortions of ABC News in avoiding any reference to the humanity of an unborn child by referring to a Massachusetts kidnapper as a "fetus stealer" who ripped open a pregnant woman's womb and stole her baby.

Yeah, uh, there's no charges at all because they haven't caught the guy yet. Seems fairly straightforward.

This is the first time I have heard of a court not being hypocritical in such a case, but that of which they are guilty is much worse than hypocrisy.

My husband often speaks of the hypocrisy of the courts when making rulings on the death of unborn children during the commission of a crime. They defend the child when he dies as the result of a crime, but not when he is aborted. In this case the court was consistent--consistently evil.
