New star ranking system...

The bad news is the new stars ranking system is different than the old one.

You will only display the very highest star you posess i.e., if you have 19,999 posts you will only show one purple star.

The good news is this new system is much more flexible. basically the old system would have broke had someone reached 100,000 posts. Not only that but I may be adding in some secret special ranks along the way. I have that option now.

I can also add special ranking based on usergroups i.e., a subscriber may get special awards etc.
