During a court hearing on Monday, Michael Cohen’s lawyers attempted to keep secret the identity of a third client represented by President Trump’s fixer. But Judge Kimba Wood ruled that the identity of the client must be revealed to the public.

Now we know why the lawyers tried so hard.

Cohen’s mystery third client is Sean Hannity, Trump’s #1 Fox News cheerleader, who has advanced the idea that the raids on Cohen’s home and office last week are part of a deep-state conspiracy to bring the president down.

Apparently, the only reason the name was released publicly was that a lawyer for the Press jumped up in the proceedings and made the argument for it on the spot. And the judge agreed.

Hannity denied that Cohen was actually ever his attorney, but he still wants to invoke attorney-client privilege. :rotfl:

According to Cohen's attorney, they contacted Hannity over the weekend, and Hannity said that he didn't want to be identified, and that he should appeal if the Court ruled against keeping him identity secret. Hannity definitely is trying to keep this secret....or Cohen's lawyer is lying.

Makes you wonder what he's so eager to keep quiet.

You notice how quiet Trump's supporters have become?

Well, we know with Cohen's other two clients his role was as a "fixer" in that he paid women they had apparently had affairs with to keep quiet.

Just sayin.......

Hannity keeps ending up inside stories he's supposedly covering. It's getting to be quite a pattern. And he's never up-front about any of it. And he's still lying about it. He spent the weekend insisting that Cohen's lawyers keep his name out of it, and then he spent today denying any meaningful relationship with Cohen other than asking him for some advice. I don't understand how anyone can take...whatever it is his audience thinks they're getting from him...when he's clearly trying, even now, to hide his true role.

We also know he was directly in contact with Julian Assange. And we know he fabricated the Seth Rich conspiracy theory that lead to two lawsuits.

We know that Cohen (the self declared "fixer") used a real estate scam to launder money to "fix" at least one accusers payoff.

The only thing that Hannity admits to talking to the admitted "fixer" about was some real estate concerns......

Just sayin.......

There do seem to be a fair number of crickets about...

One point to keep in mind, even if Hannity and Cohen DID have an attorney client relationship, that would be negated in the face of any apparent criminal activity. Should that eventuality ever arise....

Probably only if Hannity himself was involved, and even then only to the extent that he was involved. I would expect that the courts will work pretty hard to preserve the privilege if he is a legitately innocent client.

There's no law against being a shill and trying to hide the fact.
