Yes, this sort of thing is a regular occurrence in England and endorsed no less by the majority of the political establishment along with inhabitants.
Except of course if you're somewhere near sane, live in the country or have a passing familiarity with it, aren't a complete and utter crank and up to speed with actual events outside of far right nutball lunacy tropes. Are there occasions where this sort of pathetic stuff goes on? Sure. 'According to some sort of plan'? Nope. Still, there's some dopes who think the UK will be under Sharia law in a fortnight so this OP can be filed under "Yee Ha Bat Crazy!"
