Madists most obvious error

Madists most obvious error is--

John (the baptist)said to the believers--

Luk 3:15 And as the people were in expectation, and all men mused in their hearts of John, whether he were the Christ, or not;
Luk 3:16 John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:
Luk 3:17 Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and will gather the wheat into his garner; but the chaff he will burn with fire unquenchable.

Now this began to be fulfilled here---

Act 1:3 To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:
Act 1:4 And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.
Act 1:5 For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.
Act 1:6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
Act 1:7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
Act 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Madists ignore all of this, not only because it has never happened to them, but because they say they are not Jews, disregarding that there is no longer any difference between Jews and Gentiles as far as the Kingdom which Christ established is concerned.

Then Madists claim to be baptized into Christ, without any obedience to water baptism, despite the fact that Paul was water baptized and taught the same to the 12 at Ephesus in Acts ch 19.

Mad quotes baptism into Christ as taught in 1 Cor.ch 12 but then slams any claim to the gifts mentioned in the chapter, which the church received at their baptism in Acts ch 1.

You can see their error, which discourages any from seeking God for the gifts, which are manifestation of His Spirit, and by Mads desire to defame those who have been baptized in the Spirit they reveal to all the world, just what spirit they are of.

The majority of verses you displayed were written to/pertaining to, the House of Israel, not to the Gentiles. I would suggest you learn how to "Rightly Divide" the written word of God.

1 Corinthians 12:13 "For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit." As one can obviously see, the Holy Spirit "baptizes" the true believer INTO the Body of Christ. There are no "tongues" today. We have the written word of God and the Holy Spirit within us.

Eternal life is given to those who hear the Gospel and place their faith in Christ as their Savior. No signs and wonders are involved during this "Dispensation of Grace."

Having the love of God in your heart, and thinking, speaking, and acting from it, would be the most convincing argument that you have received the Holy Spirit.

That is the true witness--

1Jn 4:6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
1Jn 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
1Jn 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
1Jn 4:9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
1Jn 4:10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
1Jn 4:11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
1Jn 4:12 No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
1Jn 4:13 Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.
