So you feel it's better for these unloving parents to send their kids off to be taught any manner of things (after all who cares), at the expense of everyone including the parents who do care (even to the point of purchasing another education for their beloved)?
If the parents really don't care, perhaps they might learn to care if they actually had to care about their children.
