Csuguy did not mean what you claim he meant. You are presenting a straw man. Now, had he stated explicitly that "moral perfection leads to immoral acts," you would have something to discuss.
Adam and Eve were not created morally perfect. Moral perfection is not physiological. The same can be said about moral imperfection; it is not physiological. God created them with the ability to make choices, which can naturally result in making bad choices.
As I told you on another thread, a sucker is born every sixth day. Eve was a sucker. She was deceived. That's all. It has nothing to do with a design flaw, but with the consequences of autonomy.
