I did read about the case Naz, and he got 9 years for something, [sic!]
So although you 'read' about the case,
you have no idea about the details or the charges,
or the charges which were dropped,
or the fact that "structuring" is a 'law' which is currently
being challenged in the courts.
...so unless you feel the IRS had a personal grudge against him, which would mean you are a conspirasist and that would be surprising to me, or the fix was in, he got what he deserved under the law. no man is above the law.
I just presented you with incontrovertable evidence that
the prosecutor was a pedophile who was going to rape a 5 year old.
Who cares about conspiracies at that point.
No man is an island. Jim Baker got what he deserved and apparently so did Hovind.
That is your reasoning?
(1)
I guess we can hope you get what you deserve too.
What do you think that might be?
(2)
Bakker was guilty of committing adultery with his 'secretary'.
Have you got anything like that on Hovind?
(3)
Bakker was a televangelist. Hovind was a preacher.
Do you think all preachers are televangelists?
What grade education do you have?
ANY pedophile deserves what he gets, but THAT is not the issue. The ISSUE here in Hovind.
Agreed.
And so far you've assumed without any evidence that:
(1) Hovind was guilty of tax evasion, when he wasn't found guilty of it.
(2) The IRS doesn't steal people's money, when there is copious evidence they DO.
(3) The court process was fair, when the judge was a rabid anti-Christian,
and the prosecutor was a pedophile.
(4) Nine years in prison is the normal sentence for contempt of court.
(5) That all televangelists are criminals, and Hovind was a televangelist.
(6) Apparently that Florida ISN'T the Drug Depot for the whole USA,
and that the CIA don't operate it.
What planet you from bro?
