The ground is now water-logged. And it's so heavy that it's sinking more rapidly and it's causing hundreds of breaks in water pipes as it settles. So you have water mains throughout a city, hundreds of miles, thousands of miles through any major city including New Orleans. And now we have Terry Ebert, the city's Homeland Security chief...said there are hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of breaks in the water pipes underground.
