Judge rules pedophile too short for prison.

District Judge Kristine Cecava of Cheyenne County on Tuesday sentenced Richard Thompson, 50, on two counts of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl. He was given 10 years of probation by a judge who said the man was too small to survive prison.

Yeah, I caught this story...I guess I can understand the judge's reasoning, but, come on. The retort is priceless: I guess short people should start holding up banks and committing murder, too.

At least the decent criminals in America's prisons know how to treat the pedophiles that judges with common sense send there, they kill pedophiles more than any other convicted criminal, probably because most of them have been molested by thier parent(s). This judge probably has molested his child(ren) and so feels sorry for someone who got caught.
